MY APPROACH
I always start by asking ‘what is the goal for the project?’ Do you want to apply for funding from a screen agency? Do you want to take it to market? Do you need to cut down the script to bring down the budget? Or is it as simple as wanting feedback to improve the script? From there I will tailor my notes for your needs to develop the project for success.
NOTE: I will never write over a script, the role of a script producer is to manage, oversee, provide feedback, guide, support and elevate projects.

Script Producer for Development
Working with producers and writers to develop scripted projects to prepare to take to market or for funding body applications (TV, Online or feature). Strategising with the producers regarding next steps for the project.
Script Producer on a Production
Working with producers, production teams and writers on production to manage and oversee the creative. Can be engaged at anytime of the production process ,from development to pre production and principle photography.
Writers’ Room
Running and/or leading the writers’ room with the lead writer to ensure the days flow is productive and all goals for the room are achieved.
Participating in writers’ rooms – contributing and pitching story ideas, structure and character arcs.
Evaluating Projects
Reading scripts and outlines to assess the creative strengths and weaknesses of projects for organisations.

Full script read and written notes provided.
30 minute video call to run through the notes and develop the project further.
Bespoke Development Plan
I will work with you to create a rough schedule on what you want to achieve for the project. Have regular catch-ups and video calls to brainstorm and plot the project and provide notes on all drafts. I will strategise with you on next steps for the project.
Mentoring for Individuals
I provide a 3 or 6 month mentorship programme.
I will develop an agreed action plan on a schedule with actionable outcomes.
Provide feedback on ideas, scripts and projects at every stage of development.
Provide career advice and provide industry knowledge and insight.
